The first stage of the the Southern highway is completed and opened. Hopefully there will be few stages. It's a huge achievement regarding various aspects. But can it be assured? Considering how the people are making the roads and surroundings dirty by their election campaigns to get to the power, will this be the way the great E01 highway may look like in 2016?
